What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Clerk position at Hire Options, Inc.?

Law firm is seeking a Facilities Clerk to join their Los Angeles office. This is a contract position beginning immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming packages & prepare/ship outgoing packages (USPS/UPS/FedEx)
  • Assist with set up & breakdown of conference rooms for all meetings
  • Support internal moves and facility projects
  • Maintain office equipment & contact vendors for maintenance/repairs
  • Conference room supplies and equipment (chairs, whiteboards, easels, ) set up and removal as requested

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of facilities/office services experience required; law firm preferred
  • MS Office Suite required
