Law firm is seeking a Facilities Clerk to join their Los Angeles office. This is a contract position beginning immediately.

Pay Rate: $25-28/hr
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming packages & prepare/ship outgoing packages (USPS/UPS/FedEx)
- Assist with set up & breakdown of conference rooms for all meetings
- Support internal moves and facility projects
- Maintain office equipment & contact vendors for maintenance/repairs
- Conference room supplies and equipment (chairs, whiteboards, easels, ) set up and removal as requested
- At least 2 years of facilities/office services experience required; law firm preferred
- MS Office Suite required
