What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Front Desk Agent position at Holiday Inn Express and Suites?
Looking for reliable, friendly Front Desk Agent who enjoys customer service. We are looking for someone who can do either 7a-3p or 3p-11p shifts. Weekend availability is needed. Here are list of duties for Front Desk Agent:
- Check guests in and out of their rooms
- Answer any questions guests have
- Make recommendations for activities and restaurants
- Answer the phone and direct the call
- Take reservations on the phone
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
