Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate financial reporting.
Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance as needed
- Process credit/debit card transactions accurately
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Communicate with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Prepare daily reports and distribute them to appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and front desk software
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse guests
