The Executive Housekeeper must be detail oriented and passionate about consistently exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Direct the efforts of housekeeping staff.
- Assist guests with special requirements and requests.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff.
- Create a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Maintain a guest room inventory, according to guidelines.
- Communicate with all departments involved in the management of the hotel to ensure smooth operation of hotel operations.
