What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Holiday Inn Express?
- FRONT DESK 3RD SHIFT
- Greeting arriving guests
- Selling available guest rooms
- Accurately processing a guest's reservation
- Accurately processing payments and charges
- Communication on the telephone and in person
- Provide assistance for any guest inquiry
- Monitor the activities within the property, the distribution of keys and access to the building
- Maintain the lobby, front desk, and common areas during each shift
- Manage accurate accounting of all rooms
- Know all safety precautions, emergency procedures, and be familiar with the building
- Run night audit
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
