What are the responsibilities and job description for the Showroom Sales Manager position at HomePro?
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day tasks of showroom technology consultants.
- Hold weekly sales meetings and trainings with showroom technology consultants.
- Coach and develop consultants in assessing customer needs and recommending the right solutions for those needs
- Set goals and expectations for showroom sales team.
- Conduct quarterly evaluations of showroom consultants and provide guidance about potential improvements in each employee’s performance.
- Obtain and review advanced sales analytics.
- Present sales, revenue, and security performance to the management team.
- Create and implement processes and procedures that enhance the Showroom sales experience.
- Manage showroom scheduling department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven track record of on-boarding, training and motivating sales staff.
- Excellent communication, time management, leadership and employee development skills.
- Documented computer skills.
- Prior management experience preferred.
Education/Experience:
Bachelors Degree or Relevant work experience

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
