Job Responsibilities:
This occupational therapist will be responsible for providing individualized treatment plans to patients with varying abilities and needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate empathy towards clients.
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in staff education and training as needed
Requirements:
- Master's degree in occupational therapy
- Licensed by the State of Michigan (MS, OTR/L)
- Two years of professional experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Valid driver's license required

Salary : $67,300 - $94,200
