Job Description: - We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support IT Service Management (ITSM) initiatives with a focus on process improvement, change management, and reporting/metrics. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in ITSM, working knowledge of ITIL (v4 preferred), and a solid background in requirements gathering, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Gather and document business/process requirements for ITSM workflows.
- Support change management, CMDB, SLA/KPI definitions, and integration planning.
- Define user stories, use cases, and test cases for ITSM processes.
- Collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Lead or support QA efforts including test plan execution and automation opportunities.
- Analyze, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in an agile environment.
- Create documentation using Azure DevOps, Jira, or IBM RTC.
- ITSM and ITIL (v4 preferred)
- Strong business process analysis and documentation skills
- Testing: test planning, execution, user validation, automation analysis
- Tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, IBM Rational (RTC)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- ITIL v4 certification
- Experience in public sector or government projects
- Agile delivery experience
