Summary:
The client is seeking a local IT Trainer to deliver in-person and virtual training on custom and COTS applications. The role involves training adult learners across multiple GDOT districts, developing and maintaining role-based training content (presentations, manuals, videos, etc.), managing enrollments in the Workday/Oracle LMS, and collecting feedback to improve training effectiveness. Travel within Georgia is required, and a hybrid work schedule is preferred. Candidates must have strong communication, instructional, and technical skills.
Skills Required:
- 4 years in IT training, technical support, or instructional design
- Expertise with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and LMS platforms
- Experience developing training content using tools like Camtasia, Captivate, or Articulate 360 (highly desired)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel within Georgia
- BA/BS in relevant field or equivalent experience/certifications
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Workday LMS is a plus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
