What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler position at Insight Global?
This candidate will be assisting patients in scheduling their appointments for outpatient services. They will be taking a minimum of 75-100 inbound calls per day.
Calls will include but are not limited to preregistration, coordinating patient schedules to maximize patient and physician satisfaction, estimating patient financial responsibility, collect insurance information, payment information, and deductible.
Lastly this candidate will communicate to the patient any necessary instructions and directions for their appointments plus any additional information from the doctor.
