Essential Functions for the Bank Teller Include:
- Create excellent service experiences.
- Conduct member transactions including: loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.
- Actively refer members to appropriate position and/or department to best serve the member.
- Consistently achieve established monthly and annual service goals.
- Monitor necessary departmental files and reports, updating member information as required.
- Maintains member confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Balance cash box per teller balancing procedures.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Bank Teller Include:
- Relevant work experience in the area of customer service and/or cash handling.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude that supports a team environment.
- Dependable and punctual; flexible during peak times.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Self-motivated; ability to work without close supervision.
- Problem solving; analysis.
- Oral and written communication skills.
