NO C2C OR SPONSORSHIP PROVIDED
We are looking to bring in key first engineers to meet ambitious goals for the product and lay the foundation for our engineering culture. This is an opportunity to have a huge impact on the growth of the company. You'll own large portions of the product and develop the core architecture of the platform. Furthermore, you'll drive toward the broader goals and make appropriate tradeoffs for an early, fast-moving startup. Finally, you'll grow with the role and be prepared to expand your impact as we scale.
We're looking for experienced engineers who have developed a variety of software. We are building a product that helps people to do their best work; the right candidate will be driven by seeing his/her impact, which means understanding the users and the business.

Skills
3 years of experience building and delivering web applications
Experienced across the stack-backend, frontend, tooling, deployments, etc. Should be comfortable operating as a generalist and solving problems where they arise.
Able to identify the core logic/abstractions of the business, own implementing large categories of functionality
Backend focused; comfortable with SQL and data modeling/architecture
Our stack:
Our main technologies are Typescript (React, Koa) and Postgres SQL.
Others we use (hosting, CI/CD, monitoring, admin, tooling) are subject to change!
