We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Control Analyst to support construction and engineering operations for a leading wireless network infrastructure team. This contract role will focus on scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, invoice processing, and process improvement across field operations and finance.

Key Responsibilities:
Track and report progress against build plans and budgets.
Manage project schedules, accruals, and financial forecasts.
Support purchase orders, invoice processing, and fixed asset management.
Coordinate logistics and documentation for backhaul, shipping, and site maintenance.
Perform cost analysis and vendor quote reviews.
Reconcile WIP, inventory, and jobs in financial systems (Excel, Business Central).
Support audits, cell site reporting, and cost allocation.
Collaborate across engineering, procurement, and finance teams to drive accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
2–5 years of analyst experience, including 1–2 years in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and ERP/MRP systems.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Must be able to work onsite in Chicago 3 days per week.
W-2 only (no 1099 or C2C).
Preferred:
Experience with Business Central or similar ERP tools.
Ability to drive process improvements and support project management efforts.
Exceptional attention to detail and responsiveness.
