This executive-level role will oversee 24x7x365 operations, infrastructure strategy, lifecycle planning, vendor management, and governance across a global enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead global infrastructure teams with responsibility for monitoring, support, and system performance.
Own lifecycle strategies for Dell EMC, Cisco UCS, and VxRail systems across data centers and regional offices.
Act as the architecture advisor for infrastructure design, hybrid compute models, and high-availability solutions.
Manage MSP, colo, and trading data center relationships.
Direct hardware procurement and vendor negotiations, ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs.
Oversee CMDB and IT asset management processes (ServiceNow), ensuring infrastructure currency and accuracy.
Drive infrastructure governance, KPIs, budgeting, CapEx forecasting, and operating reviews.
Required Qualifications:
12 years in IT infrastructure leadership with global scope.
Deep expertise in hardware lifecycle management, vendor engagement, and server refresh planning.
Strong background with Dell EMC, Cisco UCS, and VxRail.
Proven success in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, security, and finance teams.
Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
Preferred:
Experience with regulatory compliance environments and hybrid architectures (VMware, Azure, NetApp).
Familiarity with ServiceNow and IT asset management tools.
Certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Cisco, or Dell a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
