Job Overview
Associate Project Manager (APM) plays a key role within the project execution of all orders in HV Service to ensure delivery/completion of goods or services to the customer with a focus on customer satisfaction, invoice release through cash collection.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with the commercial operations team to ensure all project-related information is accurate and complete per contractual agreements.
- Review and audit project handoffs, verifying contract details, payment terms, and schedules.
- Maintain and update all project documentation in the Hitachi Energy (HE) ERP tool (SAP) and verify field service completion dates in the scheduling tool (MSA).
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Facilitate effective communication between the commercial operations team and the operations team (field and production) to compile details that support project
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
