What are the responsibilities and job description for the Suite Kitchen Staff position at Lake County Captains?
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Excellent guest service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail; highly organized and efficient in high pressure environment.
- Assist upstairs kitchen staff with preparing food for all suites and picnics, as well as other special events.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area and follow sanitation guidelines.
- Run cases of food as well as dry products from storage/warehouse to upstairs kitchen.
- Assist kitchen staff with moving food from upstairs kitchen to picnics on the concourse.
- Wash dishes at the end of the night.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
General Requirements:
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, slice, mix, etc. a variety of foods.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work in a hot, noisy kitchen environment.
- Ability to maintain the highest standards of food safety, food quality, and cleanliness.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to rain and heat.
