Job Summary (Data Analyst / Engineer)
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using AWS services (S3, Redshift, Lambda).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Present data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead and manage data-related project activities to ensure timely, accurate completion.
- Ensure data quality and security by following Honda data governance and best practices.
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize key metrics.
- Troubleshoot, resolve data issues, and provide technical support.
- Support decision-making processes with data analysis.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Proficiency with AWS services (S3, Redshift, Lambda).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and SQL/database management skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to effectively lead and manage tasks and activities.
- Experience with machine learning and AI tools.
- Familiarity with Python, R, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
