PEGA Lead UI Architect / Decisioning Lead - Local to Stamford,CT Hybrid
- Lead UI architecture and design for enterprise-scale PEGA applications in a telecommunications environment.
- Drive UI modernization and digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience.
- Define and enforce scalable, responsive, and accessible UI design standards using PEGA Cosmos and UI-Kit.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business workflows into intuitive PEGA UIs.
- Architect reusable UI components, case views, and templates for improved maintainability and delivery speed.
- Optimize PEGA UI performance and ensure compliance with accessibility and branding standards.
- Integrate PEGA UI with external systems via REST services and mashups.
- Mentor development teams, perform UI/design reviews, and collaborate with QA/release teams.
- Support UI modernization and Cosmos migration projects.
- Leverage expertise in PEGA CDH, decisioning strategy design, and 1:1 personalization for web, call center, and retail channels.
- Utilize knowledge of REST, Kafka, microservices, DevOps pipelines, and adaptive decisioning.
- PEGA CSSA or LSA certification required; strong communication and leadership skills essential.
- Hybrid role based in Stamford, CT (3β4 days onsite per week), 6 month duration.
Salary : $70 - $90
