Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction and response time
Qualifications:
- Proven customer service experience (3 years preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in computer systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn
Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
