We are in search of a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role is vital within our shipping industry operations, where you will be tasked with managing inventory control, providing superior customer service, and supporting our shipping tasks. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities• Oversee inventory control and ensure that our system aligns with the Terminal TMS system.• Generate and maintain inventory reports.• Manage on-hiring and restricting inventory levels at terminals.• Issue vessel return instructions and update online return guidelines as necessary.• Resolve daily status errors and maintain data integrity within the EDI Management.• Coordinate dispatch information per vessel to door truckers and maintain accurate records of all contracted to-door rates and door location information.• Maintain tariff table information for all US vendors and assist truckers with UIIA registrations.• Oversee all damaged equipment in the US, ensuring compliance on owned chassis/gensets.• Process invoices related to M& R activities and manage disposition of gensets/chassis.• Review and approve EQC-related invoices and monitor collections with Accounts Receivable.• Maintain berth and channel data in the CCM system.• Review and trace long stays in various statuses in collaboration with us INBOUND.• Process total loss units and coordinate with lessors on monthly activities related to offhire and sales.
