Greetings! LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly proficient Patient Registration Specialist to join one of their excellent healthcare organizations located in Muncie, IN!
Responsibilities:
- Confirm demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients.
- Maintain professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service.
- Facilitate copay collection conversations with patients.
- Facilitate patient flow from point of entry to the destination.
Requirements:
- Some office, food service, or retail experience required.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service!
Work Hours: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM M-F availability
Job Type: Contract-to-hire and Full-time (40 hrs/wk)
Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
