LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join our client’s accounting team in Redwood City, CA. This full-time direct hire position offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, bank and credit card reconciliations, maintaining general ledgers and reporting. This role requires 1-3 years of accounting experience. The company is very team-oriented and invested in employee’s growth. Responsibilities:
· Provide support to the Controller
· Maintain general ledgers
· Manage bill pay process and coordinating payment approvals
· Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
· Assist with annual tax reporting package
· Manage annual 1099 and 1096 fillings
· Prepare financial statements and reports
· Track real estate and personal property tax payments and ensure accurate record keeping
· Manage vendor files
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
· 1-3 years of accounting experience
· Quickbooks Online experience preferred
· Proficient with GL accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud storage
· Excellent attention-to-detail
· Team player
· Exceptional organizational and communication skills
The anticipated salary for this position is between $100,000 and 110,000 based upon a written compensation plan.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
