Bilingual Interim Housing Program Manager LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Interim Housing Program Manager for our nonprofit client located in the Downtown San Francisco area. This role will be 100% onsite and a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity for our client. This position will be overseeing a shelter operations, including overseeing a team of 10 employees, ensuring smooth facility operations. This role is also in charge of performance management of the team they oversee, including hiring/training/coaching/firing and meeting any KPI and state/government mandated documentation requirements. Interested candidates must be bilingual English/Spanish.
