Accounts Payable Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. Our client is searching for an Accounts payable specialist with a strong accounting background. This is an in office opportunity with a great client that offers great benefits. Responsibilities
· Processing daily Accounts Payable (AP) statements/reports with NetSuite
· Receiving and verifying invoices and requisitions for goods and services
· Data-entry of approximately 400 invoices for payment
· Maintaining AP files and financial documents
· Producing and preparing monthly financial statements/reports as required
You are a great fit if:
· Degree in Accounting or Finance
· Two or more years of full cycle Accounts Payable
· General understanding of accounting practices and principles
· NetSuite software preferred
