Pay: $50K - $60K

About the Role
LHH Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Assistant to join a globally recognized sportswear manufacturing company. This hybrid role based in Portland, Oregon is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for customer engagement. This role will focus on order management, B2B and B2C support, as well as sample management. This is a newly created position and as you will be working in the world of sportswear, a love of sports is a MUST!
Key Responsibilities
Order Management:
- Process and track B2B and B2C orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain order documentation and resolve discrepancies.
Customer Support:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for both business clients and consumers.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience.
Marketing Administration:
- Support marketing campaigns and initiatives with administrative tasks.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Maintain marketing databases and update customer records.
- Order, maintain and ship samples for customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing support, customer service, order management or administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
- A genuine love of sports and enthusiasm for the brand’s mission.
