Job Title: Administrative Assistant (supporting Marketing, Sales and Logistics teams)

Location: Hybrid – Portland, Oregon

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire or Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time

Pay: $50K - $60K

Industry: Sportswear Manufacturing

Benefits: 3 weeks of PTO plus holidays, medical, dental and vision, 401K with company match, HSA and FSA.


About the Role

LHH Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Assistant to join a globally recognized sportswear manufacturing company. This hybrid role based in Portland, Oregon is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for customer engagement. This role will focus on order management, B2B and B2C support, as well as sample management. This is a newly created position and as you will be working in the world of sportswear, a love of sports is a MUST!


Key Responsibilities

Order Management:

  • Process and track B2B and B2C orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
  • Maintain order documentation and resolve discrepancies.

Customer Support:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for both business clients and consumers.
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience.

Marketing Administration:

  • Support marketing campaigns and initiatives with administrative tasks.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain marketing databases and update customer records.
  • Order, maintain and ship samples for customers.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in marketing support, customer service, order management or administration.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A genuine love of sports and enthusiasm for the brand’s mission.
