LHH has is seeking a Deal Biller in Indianapolis, IN. This role is designed to handle the financial operations of the dealership, especially around deal processing, gross profit reconciliation, and inventory management. Here's how it aligns with your needs:
Key Responsibilities
- Gross Profit Reconciliation: Compare gross figures from sales deals with accounting records to ensure alignment
- Debits and Credits: Post transactions accurately in accounting systems, including adjustments for rebates and commissions
- Inventory Schedule Cleanup: Maintain and reconcile inventory schedules to ensure sold units are properly zeroed out
- Deal Finalization: Confirm money down and COD amounts are collected and recorded; verify unit counts monthly
- Trade Folder Management: Handle essential vehicle documentation including ACV, CarFax, odometer readings, and keys
- Lien Purchase Orders: Pay off trade-ins once deals are funded and adjust commissions for payoff discrepancies
- Billing for Wholesale/Dealer Trades: Generate bills of sale and ensure proper account allocation for incoming/outgoing trades
