What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Recruiter ($50K Base Salary + Commission, Hybrid Schedule) position at LHH?
Are you looking for your next great role? Consider joining our team as an Executive Recruiter! This position will focus on Accounting and Finance roles and will support clients within the Miami area. This role is hybrid, but we do need applicants who live within a 30 minute vicinity of Miami, as you will spend time meeting with local clients in the market.
We are looking for someone who is motivated, driven and has a passion for connecting with people and building relationships. Former collegiate athletes, candidates who have been in entrepreneurial and sales roles, and candidates who have held leadership positions in networking groups often thrive in these roles.
Being a successful Executive Recruiter requires you to work hard, be tech-savvy and utilize creative thinking on your part to find the very best candidates. You will also develop strategies to grow strong client relationships. We partner with the top corporations in Florida to provide the best talent solutions. We’ll provide you with a training program to give you the sales and recruiting tools you need to succeed. Prior recruiting or sales experience is not required, but is helpful.
As an Executive Recruiter, you’ll interview, screen and develop a dialogue with high level finance candidates to determine their skill sets and get to know their individual characteristics. Then you’ll work closely with your client base to find opportunities that match your candidates’ skills, experience, knowledge and personalities.
