I am currently working with a leading tier 1 ranked law firm on a number of positions, which includes an experienced associate to join their leading Insurance Coverage Litigation group in Chicago.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the lead Partners in both Chicago.
- Handle your own caseload of insurance coverage disputes.
- Attend State and Federal court on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants for case management conferences, motion hearings, non-jury trials, and post-trial collection efforts.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Min of 3 years of insurance coverage experience.
- Strong academic background - including J.D. from ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Illinois.
- Excellent writing and case management skills.
- Function both independently and within a team environment
