Job Description:
This group is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join their dynamic team. As an Insurance Coverage Attorney, you will play a crucial role in analyzing insurance policies, advising clients on coverage issues, and representing clients in coverage disputes. Key Responsibilities:
- Review insurance policies and contracts to determine coverage and policy interpretation.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on insurance coverage matters.
- Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation and disputes.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting insurance coverage.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Illinois.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance coverage law.
- Strong understanding of insurance policy language and interpretation.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
