Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze insurance policies and provide legal opinions on coverage issues.
- Represent clients in insurance coverage disputes, including litigation and arbitration.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on developments in insurance law.
- Collaborate with clients, other attorneys, and support staff to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the Illinois State Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance coverage law.
