This role offers a salary range of $70-85K, depending on experience, and includes an excellent benefits package. Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records for multiple properties.
- Supervise Accounts Payable and Receivable operations.
- Ensure timely execution of treasury functions.
- Accurately document and analyze transactions
- Reconciliation of balance sheet and bank accounts.
- Support month-end closing and reporting activities.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Engage professionally with vendors, clients, and external partners.
- Enhance efficiencies by improving processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; CPA or CPA candidate is a plus.
- 2 years of overall accounting experience is required.
- Experience in property accounting or general ledger is essential.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with Property Accounting software is a plus.
