What are the responsibilities and job description for the Room Attendant position at LOTTE NEW YORK PALACE?
Clean guest rooms according to hotel standards and prepare room for guest arrival. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
- Fill cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area
- Enter guest rooms following proper procedures
- Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms
- Replace dirty linen
- Make bed to hotel standards
- Remove trash
- Dust surfaces
- Check that all appliances are present in the room and in working order
- Vacuum carpet
Pay Range: $29.1543 per hour - 38.8725 per hour
