Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the operational efficiency of our equipment and systems. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining production uptime through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs. Your expertise in electrical systems, mechanical components, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems will be essential to our success.

• Diagnose and repair complex issues in power transmission systems, including gears, pulleys, belts, bearings, and couplings, to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and repair pneumatic systems and components such as air lines, cylinders, valves, and manifolds to ensure efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair single and three-phase electrical systems, including motors, switches, wiring, and circuit breakers, to maintain electrical safety and reliability.
• Maintain hydraulic systems and components, including cylinders, pumps, valves, and hoses, to support production equipment functionality.
• Utilize maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Interpret wiring schematics and use multi-meters to diagnose electrical issues and ensure proper voltage levels.
• Address issues in automation equipment to maintain production efficiency.

Required Skills

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• Experience with 480 3 phase electrical systems and machine controls.
• Commitment to safety, continuous learning, and professional development.
• Satisfactory completion of training courses as determined by management.

Preferred Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance position.
• Experience with VFD Drives and PLCs.
• Background in manufacturing methods and process improvement programs.
• Forklift experience.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
