Travel Expectations
This role requires extensive travel, with approximately 80% of the work performed at various locations throughout the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Install new equipment and systems at client sites.
Configure hardware and software components to ensure seamless operation after installation.
Provide field supervision for third-party contractors during the installation process.
Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on equipment.
Deliver operation and maintenance training to clients, ensuring they can effectively use the equipment.
Service and repair hydraulic actuation systems to maintain optimal performance.
Conduct instrument calibration to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Service and repair valves and pumps, minimizing downtime for clients.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire service engagement.
Handle additional tasks as needed to support the team and clients.
Qualifications
Required
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication.
Exceptional time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks.
Strong mechanical aptitude coupled with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in using both hand and power tools.
Capable of climbing ladders and safely lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to travel and adapt to a dynamic work schedule.
Comfortable working in potentially dirty and confined environments.
Maintain a positive attitude and a proactive approach to learning new skills.
