🔬 Scientist I – Chemistry/Biochemistry

Join a fast-paced, collaborative team where your scientific expertise will directly support early-stage drug development and formulation design for small molecules and biologics. We're looking for a Scientist I with strong analytical chemistry or biochemistry experience to help drive innovation in method development, validation, and process optimization.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform complex analysis on materials, products, or devices using instruments like HPLC, GC, LC-MS, FTIR
- Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods
- Design and optimize formulations and manufacturing processes for clinical-stage drug products
- Analyze and interpret data to guide formulation and process decisions
- Document results in line with GLP, GMP, and regulatory standards
- Contribute to procedural updates, client reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
- Mentor and train junior team members on methods and equipment
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
- 2–3 years of industry experience, including hands-on work with analytical instrumentation
- Strong understanding of formulation development, regulatory compliance, and lab best practices
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a regulated environment
