Hiring: Working Concrete Foreman
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Working Concrete Foreman to join our team. This position requires a hands-on leader who excels in managing all aspects of commercial concrete work while ensuring high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial concrete work effectively and efficiently.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications with proficiency.
- Supervise and lead a team to complete high-quality projects on time and within scope.
- Perform concrete forming, pouring, and finishing duties when necessary.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, management, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and owners.
- Ensure projects are completed in an organized and productive manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman.
- Willingness to travel throughout Texas.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Reliable transportation.
Work Schedule:
- Week 1: Monday to Sunday.
- Week 2: Monday to Friday.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $1,500 to $2,000 per week (salary), based on experience.
- Truck Allowance: Provided.
- Hotel Accommodations: Covered for out-of-town work.
- Per Diem/Meal Allowance: Provided for travel days.
