Assistant Beverage Manager - Beau Rivage

THE JOB:

The Assistant Beverage Manager is responsible for covering Beverage leaders within the various outlets at Beau Rivage. During that time, you will be responsible for all aspects of daily beverage operations for the designated outlet.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage operational functions with flair, aligning with our strategic vision
• Elevate guest service standards, embodying our core values and brand attributes
• Ensures smooth, cost-effective operations, from labor management to inventory control
• Be the driving force behind exceptional service during your shift
• Guide and inspire Beverage staff, ensuring a seamless schedule

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Possesses a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in beverage or a related role and is well-versed in the intricacies of managing operations and leading a team
• Thrives under pressure and excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Understands the importance of connecting with guest
