THE JOB:
The Salt & Ivy Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting with all aspects of daily restaurant operations for Beau Rivage's Salt & Ivy. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations.
- Supervise floor service in the dining room during hours of operation.
- Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs of the guests or employees.
- Ensures high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience.

- Excels at juggling multiple responsibilities without missing a beat.
- Passionate about creating memorable experiences and goes above and beyond to exceed expectations.
- Inspiring Leader who leads with confidence and sets a positive example for the entire team.
- Two (2) years of related experience.

- Describes themselves as detail oriented.
