THE JOB:
As a Runner, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by running food orders from Main Kitchen to all restaurants. In your role, you will partner with back-of-house staff to create WOW memories the guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Receiving and putting away pallets of product in both the walk-in refrigerators and the freezer, focusing on proper rotation of food to ensure quality and reduce spoilage.
- Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
