- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and issue payments to vendors via checks, wire transfers, or electronic payment systems.
- Reconcile vendor statements with internal records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Review and process employee expense reimbursements in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure payments comply with company policies, contractual agreements, and tax regulations.
- Assist in generating accounts payable reports and supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
- Update and manage data in accounting software or ERP systems.
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounts payable processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Profile
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
- 1 year of Talent and Expense experience
- Experience working in Financial Services
- SAP experience a plus
