Construction Superintendent-Healthcare

We're seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations for ground-up commercial, healthcare, or life sciences projects. You'll oversee site teams, maintain schedule and safety compliance, and ensure project quality from start to finish.

Description

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities

• Oversee scheduling, materials, safety compliance, and daily reporting

• Ensure quality standards and timelines are consistently met

• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and inspection authorities

• Maintain accurate project documentation (RFIs, field reports, etc.)

Profile

• 7 years of experience with a commercial general contractor

• Proven success managing healthcare and/or life sciences projects

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Deep understanding of scheduling, contract administration, and field coordination

• OSHA 30-Hour Certification (required)

• Proficiency with construction management tools and basic computer applications
