Description
Lead all on-site construction activity from start through close-out
Manage subcontractors and enforce site safety protocols (OSHA standards)
Maintain and adjust production schedules, quality control plans, and scopes of work
Serve as a primary liaison among project managers, clients, engineers, and other stakeholders
Proactively resolve design, schedule, and compliance issues in real time
Ensure all work meets regulatory and facility-specific standards (e.g. clean rooms, equipment installs)
Profile
5 years as a superintendent in commercial construction (GC experience required)
Direct experience in life sciences or industrial construction
Strong leadership and communication skills
OSHA certification (preferred)
Ground-up project experience and ability to manage large teams
