Description

• Lead and mentor a talented preconstruction team, fostering growth, collaboration, and accountability

• Drive preconstruction strategy, ensuring competitive, accurate, and timely proposals

• Oversee budgeting, conceptual estimating, constructability reviews, and value engineering processes

• Build strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners, representing the company's reputation for quality and trust

• Collaborate closely with operations and business development to secure and plan projects that align with long-term strategic goals

• Continually improve systems, workflows, and preconstruction best practices

Profile

• 10 years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 in preconstruction leadership

• Deep knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and market pricing for a variety of project types

• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and client-focused mindset

• Ability to guide teams through complex conceptual design phases with clarity and confidence

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to win work and build trust
