Description
Lead and mentor a talented preconstruction team, fostering growth, collaboration, and accountability
Drive preconstruction strategy, ensuring competitive, accurate, and timely proposals
Oversee budgeting, conceptual estimating, constructability reviews, and value engineering processes
Build strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners, representing the company's reputation for quality and trust
Collaborate closely with operations and business development to secure and plan projects that align with long-term strategic goals
Continually improve systems, workflows, and preconstruction best practices
Profile
10 years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 in preconstruction leadership
Deep knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and market pricing for a variety of project types
Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and client-focused mindset
Ability to guide teams through complex conceptual design phases with clarity and confidence
Excellent communication and presentation skills to win work and build trust
