This position is for a talented Infor ERP Manager to join a leading manufacturing organization in the Springfield, Massachusetts area.
The role is 5 days on-site, and you will be the organizations ERP (Infor Visual) subject matter expert, reporting directly to the President!

Description
The ideal Infor ERP Manager candidates responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Managed and oversee the day-to-day operation of the ERP system, including but not limited to user access, data security and system upgrades.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the ERP system.
- Ensure the ERP system supports business operations across departments.
- Conduct discovery meetings to identify and capture ERP business requirements, and operational objectives.
- Lead project management for ERP system upgrades, version migrations, and new feature implementations.
- Conduct ERP upgrade post-implementation follow-ups, ensuring user satisfaction and addressing concerns.
- Ensure ERP solutions are implemented, including but not limited to customizations, macros, dashboards, workflows, queries, etc.
Profile
The successful Infor ERP Manager candidate will have the following experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Infor-Visual ERP experience - support, maintenance, upgrades & implementations
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Be passionate about being a hands-on ERP specialist. This is not a people management position, this is a position for an ERP Specialist!
- Great communication
Job Offer
The successful Infor ERP Manager candidate will be eligible for:
- A base salary of up to $140,000
- Quarterly bonuses

The successful ERP Manager candidate will have the following experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Infor-Visual ERP experience- support, maintenance, upgrades & implementations
Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
