With their headquarters in Columbus, they do $200M in revenue and have a team of 100 people. They specialize in Higher Education, K-12, Healthcare, Residential, Correctional, Government, and Sprots Centers. Not to mention, their self-perform division. They also put an emphasis on development giving their employees a set path to meet goals and progress in their career. This had led to an average tenure of 10 years among all employees.

Job Description

• Assure all projects are built to drawings and specification
• Handle the distribution and coordination of all RFIs, Submittals and Change Orders
• Assure all materials orders are executed
• Daily project paperwork
• Maintaining schedule and meet deadlines
• Maintain workflow and strong relations with subs
• Maintain and organize field documents ( Drawings, specifications, etc )
• Coordinate subcontractors
• Partake and actively participate in company training sessions
• Assure site superintendents maintain clean and safe sites

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Construction Management or related degree
• 1 year of General Contracting experience
• Experienced in occupied space projects a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Desire and willingness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility
