Job Description

• Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction through to completion.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
• Monitor construction progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Resolve any project-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.

The Successful Applicant

• 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on healthcare construction projects.
• Strong understanding of healthcare-specific building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management software, scheduling tools, and cost estimation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred. PMP certification is a plus.
