Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction through to completion.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
- Monitor construction progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Resolve any project-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on healthcare construction projects.
- Strong understanding of healthcare-specific building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management software, scheduling tools, and cost estimation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred. PMP certification is a plus.
