Project Manager - Residential Construction - Cape Cod

Exciting Project Manager opportunity with the Cape's most respected custom home builders. The ideal candidate would be based in the Cape and have familiarity with The Cape Market.

Client Details

My client is a family owned and operated General Contractor serving Cape Cod and the surrounding area. They have been in business for 20 years and have grown their team from a husband and wife business to a team of 25 talented Project Managers, Designers, Superintendents, Carpenters, and Estimators.

Their work primarily consists of high-end residential building - both new construction & remodel/renovations. However, they also do some light commercial buildings in the area as well.

Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Oversee all phases of custom home construction from pre-construction through project closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to bring the client's vision to life while maintaining feasibility and code compliance.

• Develop, manage, and track project schedules, budgets, and work scopes, making adjustments as necessary to meet milestones.

• Source, negotiate, and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.

• Maintain proactive communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and guide decision-making throughout the build process.

• Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site, conducting inspections and addressing hazards promptly.

• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, permits, inspections, and closeout packages.

Job Offer

• $100,000 - $125,000 on the base
