Description
- Interact with machine operators and other engineering personnel to provide guidance and training, as well as troubleshoot production issues
- Be hands on on the manufacturing floor, identifying areas for process improvement
- Lead/implement new capital projects, including layout of new machinery
- Design and modify tooling and fixtures for CNC machinery as needed, using SolidWorks
Profile
- Need an engineer with a background in a relevant manufacturing environment
- Experience designing fixtures/tooling
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Background in 3D modeling, SolidWorks strongly preferred
- Background/knowledge of investing in new capital equipment and troubleshooting machinery (set up, work instructions)
- Experience working with/troubleshooting CNC machinery
- Comes from a metal fabrication or manufacturing background/environment
Job Offer
- Base salary $85,000-$105,000 depending on level of experience
- Quarterly profit share bonus, 7-10% payout
- 4% 401(K) match
