- Manage end-to-end trade operations processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all trade operations.
- Oversee trade settlements, confirmations, and reconciliations to ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve operational performance.
- Monitor risk management processes and address discrepancies proactively.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the trade operations team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational excellence.

Profile
A successful Trade Operations Manager should have:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 7 years of Operations experience
- Fixed Income trade settlement experience required
- Previous experience in a management capacity
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for trade operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
