- Oversee and manage the company's property portfolio primarily in the Tri-State area.
- Implement strategies to improve property performance and profitability
- Coordinate with property management teams to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular asset reviews and report findings to the upper management
- Ensure compliance with all property-related regulations and laws
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and investors
- Oversee risk management and contingency planning
